Choir with a view: MGV Bad Ischl on the Katrin

The Bad Ischl Men's Choral Society is celebrating its 180th anniversary this year. To mark this special occasion, the choir, which is steeped in tradition, will be making more of an appearance. As well as performing at concerts and church events, the choir will also be "singing" in unusual places.

The MGV Bad Ischl will perform at the Katrin will embark on a foray through its extensive repertoire. On the afternoon of June 15, 2025, various picturesque locations around the mountain station will serve as performance venues.

Under the direction of Christine Wieder, traditional choral literature is offered as well as songs from our homeland and songs of conviviality.

This special performance offers the opportunity to get to know the choir at lofty heights. Perhaps some listeners will consider joining MGV Bad Ischl themselves afterwards.
