For your information:

Infants (up to 5.9 years) travel free of charge with our cable car when accompanied by a supervisor.

We ask for your understanding that our favourable rates for young people, children, senior citizens, Salzkammergut-, Ischlcard and guest card are only valid with the corresponding proof of entitlement or age. Only one reduction may be claimed at a time.

*) Disabled persons from 70% disability (ID card required!) receive our favorable children's rate. The tariff is also valid for accompanying persons registered in the ID card. Not valid for annual and season tickets.

**) For every 15 pupils in a class, 2 accompanying teachers travel free of charge. Additional accompanying persons pay the low student price.

***) for legal reasons we do not sell 'single trips-mountain'!

Season and weekly tickets, as well as discounts of any kind, are not valid for special trips outside normal operating hours.

Tickets are not valid on Carnival Sunday, February 15, 2026. Ascent only possible with valid advance booking tickets or winter season or annual tickets.

Provisions for annual and season tickets:

• Season tickets are personal and non-transferable. In case of misuse, the card will be confiscated and a penalty fee will be charged.

• A new photo will be taken when you collect your season ticket. All season tickets are issued on key cards. A fee of € 5,- is charged for the key cards.

• The season ticket and the park ticket are only valid during the regular operating hours of cable car .

• Data protection: Your data (first name, surname, date of birth, address and photo) will generally be stored until the end of the contractual relationship or in accordance with the legal obligation to retain data and the statute of limitations.
