Knowing which medicinal herbs can help you and your family—and how to process, use, and combine them correctly.
On a herb walk on Katrin , we Katrin selected medicinal plants in their natural environment together.
You will learn how to recognize them, what they contain, and how you can use their power effectively for your natural pharmacy.
In the subsequent practical section, we delve deeper into the subject: with basic herbal knowledge, various recipes, and lots of hands-on activities—so that knowledge becomes real experience.
