Sun Salutation at Herzberg – Yoga at Sunrise / Sat, August 29, 2026 with Christina Herbst from ExcitingFit

Start at the plateau near the mountain station.

When the first rays of sunshine appear over the mountain peaks, a mindful yoga session begins with Christina Herbst from ExcitingFit.

Surrounded by nature, with sweeping views over the Salzkammergut, movement, breathing, and silence combine to create a special morning ritual. The yoga session only begins once the sun has risen above the mountain peaks and the day is slowly dawning on the Herzberg.

Participation is free of charge and no registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat and warm clothing for the morning on the mountain.
