Breathing fitness on the mountain in Bad Ischl with Daniel Fetz
On Sunday, June 15, 2025, a special breathing fitness event will take place on the Katrin alp yoga platform.
With targeted breathing techniques, you will learn to release stress at the touch of a button, increase your energy and activate your breathwork superpower - for more focus, inner peace and mental strength.
Procedure:
09:40 am: Meeting point valley station Katrin cable car
10:00 - 12:00: Guided breathing fitness on the mountain
12:00 - 13:00: Lunch at Berggasthof Katrin (not included in the price)
13:00 - 15:00: 7-lake view hike with Fetzy - if you like, you can join us.
